Only Full HD no 4K no 720p

Hi!

What to do when the device is set to 4K resolution, it is only available in Full HD and Android is Youtube for KODI and HBO GO for pixel playback?
I tried to reset with another cable to factory state.
I tested the TV with a PC and worked with a perfect 4K resolution.

But nothing helped.

Go to droid setting>display - res-put it on auto,there's no problem with 4K here.

Unfortunately, this does not help. Although apparently at 4K, the applications run in full hd. I think hardware is wrong.

I'm completely desperate. In the meantime, I was trying to set the TV so that restoration doesn't help. I bought a real head of death with green eyes. Now I just start with the Beelink logo only and sometimes again indulgat.
So somewhere in android is set or burned to work 1920x1080p (probably Droid Settings)
Because I downloaded an app that can set the screen resolution first to run it says full HD is set, while Droid Settings has 4K resolution, it is a joy of happiness because I change the resolution to higher and really produce 4K resolution on android, and here comes the black soup, for example, Kodi 18.2 only works in FullHD, and in spite of launching the 4K movie, it can only be seen in 1920x1080p resolution.
The HBO GO app is the worst out there I suppose any resolution does not improve the image in full pixels all over. With the youtube app alone, I can bring up the 4K resolution, and I can't do it on youtube.com, which opened in Chrome.
I hacked on my mobile phone (Huawei P20 lite) I put the codec on the HBO GO and worked perfectly. The LG TV also goes 4K resolution perfectly.
