No Sound after clean reinstall

Hey Bees!

I've done a fresh reinstall with Win 10 1903 64bit and now I do not have any sound.
I also cant' see any Sound device in the Device Manager.
Where can I find any BIOS and Drivers for the Beelink U55 Device?
