I tried to upgrade my Box and it is bricked.  The USB Burning tool does not show any device connected.  My serial number is
AX12GSAH70102  32G

How can I recover the device?

Rick

Is the power indicator still lit when you plug in the power cord? When using flash firmware, please use the black USB2.0 port

Short a few time to get windows to recogonize the device. I had to short like 80 times before getting it to work. Out of the 80 times only 5 times did windows recogonize and 4 times the firmware did not complete successfully, and 1 it was successful with 109 firmware. Use a screwdriver or nail in between the wires to short circuit the board.

I have the same problem. The power indicator is on, but there is no output on the HDMI port and the USB Burning Tool won't recognize my box. Tried short the pins mentioned in the previous post, but nothing has changed. I mean I didn't try it 80 times, but I don't see why it would eventually work.

UPDATE:
Today a I managed to short the pins. I plugged in the usb cable, then the power adapter and kept the power adapter on and then shorted the pins. Windows recognised my device and the USB Burning Tool failed with error. Then I unplugged everything, then plugged again, and the USB Burning Tool succeeded. Now my box is working again.
