Beelink MINI MXIII II TV Box

Hi,

I recently bought a beelink MINI MXIII II and for my surprise it doen't come with kodi out of the box. Shouln't be this default ?
What is the best version of kodi to work with my beelink to be as most fluid when it comes to streaming video ?
