Dear Beelink, Dear Users!

i need your help regarding my Beelink X45 (4Gb/64Gb).
A half a year i bought this mini pc and i used until yesterday without any internal HDD.
I was totally satisfied, the internet, the music player, the videoplayer youtube was working perfect, the windows 10 was flawlees.
Since i installed the internal HDD (HGST 1TB 7200RPM 2,5" HTS721010A9E630) i observe very hard slow down on windows usage during big file downloads or big file copies.
The slow downs are so critical that is not possible to move the mouse cursor, and the pc is not reacting on keybord also.
After finishing the copying the win 10 speed is again flawless, the mouse is moving perfectly, the keybord reaction is also perfect.

Can anybody help me what can be the probelm?

Thanks!
Zsolt

Hello
Please open your Task Manager and move the large files to see that the Task Manager has a high occupancy rate.

Dear Administrator!

Thank you!
The CPU load is low, the memory load is 60%, the HDD load is high 98%-100%.
Windows: got with the PC but always updated.
Keyboard: logitech K400.BIOS: the latest one from here the forum.
Battery on the keyboard has been changed to eliminate the keyboard failure cause.
With external HDD (Samsung M3 Portable 2.5 1TB USB 3.0 STSHX-M101TCBM), this problem has not appeared.

Thank You fro helping me!
Best Regards:
Zsolt

Because the hard disk read and write speed is full, other operations will become very card, if you want to solve this problem, you can replace the SSD hard disk.

thank you for the answer.

it is strange because:
1. i have another low power & slow pc (AMD Zacate E-350 from 2011) what is in general slower then beelink x45 but never produced this problem, never.
2. with external samsung 1tb hard drive this problem did not occur.
i checked if the hdd is wrong, and there is a notification, that there was communication problem between hdd and pc.
what do you think, the sata cable is the guilty?
pls see the picture, and reed the text with green background

thanks

Is there a part number on the cable, it may be quicker to buy one as you don't seem to be getting much response from Beelink.

John.
