Can someone help me as I am not able to perform the flashing of GT1-A.. details as per below:

Beelink GT1-A
SN: AGTAGQ||H30040

Method use:
Burn the image of the gt1-A atv.img to an SD card using BurnCard Maker 2.0.2 and 2.0.3. Beelink BT3 Pro Win10 is being used as the PC to burn the image.

D:\Beelink IMG>certutil -hashfile "gt1-A atv.img" MD5
MD5 hash of gt1-A atv.img:
dd6d6c999ca140bd07d91543f4503882

file is downloaded from Beelink Sharepoint, from the link provided by admin.

While pressing the recovery hole, I have inserted the AC power while SD card is already in the slot. After Beelink logo, all I can see is grey ANDROID mascot. No upgrading in progress. I would like to reflash since I have performed unclean unroot, and want to get back stock image with root access to perform the manual unroot again. I prefer the SD card method instead of USB burning tool since I have no male-to-male USB cable laying around.

Thank you.

UPDATE:

Issue resolved. Looks like you can't use SD card method to flash the GT1A. I managed to reflash the GT1A using USB method instead. Kudos tu Beelink email team who replied my email within a day.

Happy to see that you managed to flash your device. I tried with SD card but without success.
Now I know I have to do it with USB method.
Are there any improvements/updates with this version or is it the original firmware?
Do you still have access to Netflix hd/4K videos?

Yes. Still manage to get the netflix HD. For 4K I can't confirm as I dont have 4K output television, and my internet is only 8mbps. LOL. U just need to make sure that DO NOT SET ERASE FLASH FULL ERASE or FORCE ERASE when you configure the thing inside Amlogic USB tool or SD card maker. For the erase flash option, just select normal erase. Erase bootloader also won't affect the L1 Widevine. But if you do select the other option instead of normal erase, then potentially u might loose the L1 widevine. I think this is stock firmware image, and no fix/enhancement yet. I just want to reflash to get back root access, since I did manual unroot, yet this stubborn streaming program still can't play the streaming video. This particular app unfortunately can't run on a rooted box. I guess for different Beelink boxes, different SU binaries are being used. For GT Mini and GT Mini-A, I managed to successfully unroot it, and get this app to be running.

Thank you for your answer.
My goal is the same than yours. I have an application from a french TV provider (MyCanal) but it cannot be launched on a rooted box. Then I want to unroot it, but if it fails, I want to be able to recover the original firmware with L1 Widevine.
Thanks to your informations, I know I can do it now... I will try when I will have some time to do it.
Because manual unroot seems not to be working, I will try the method with "Magisk" software. I found a very interesting topic on xda website (for GT1 Ultimate if I remember well).
Thanks again for your feedback ;)

I have already seen the alvatech ROM topic for GT1-A here (even in freaktab forum).
It seems very nice since it is able now to preserve L1 Widevine.
However I would like to stay with Android TV firmware... I am looking for installing TWRP recovery on original firmware, then install Magisk app. I don't have any result... and I am not sure it is possible...

The version of the firmware posted here is the same: 709N1_20180301-163348. Version should be mentioned on the first post.
