how do we proceed to flash new bios, do you recommend a particular system / product?

This BIOS version is 0.12. It can be upgraded below this version. It is only applicable to BT3 Pro II. It can flash this BIOS in Shell mode.

The red and blue lights are flashing, you can try the button again, or unplug the COMS battery and ...

I tried reset button and/or clear cmos 30s but still red/blue lights...
Weird because the bios seems to be flashed OK (with CH341A...)
