I have a BT3ProII since March 2019.  After 1 week it stopped booting to Windows 10 and just boots to shell.  I have tried reinstalling windows from a USB (WINPE) memory stick.  Each time the process fails with a Diskpart error message saying "Failed to create Windows Partitions"; it seems like the EMMC is locked.  I've attached a screen shot.  How do I get past this failure ?

There may be a problem with the BIOS version. Please send me your BIOS version, I can judge the problem better.

Just to let you know; I got fed up waiting for support so returned my Beelink BT3 Pro and got a refund.  I've now bought an Intel NUC which performs better and has much better support.  It was a little bit more expensive but you get what you pay for.  I am really, really, disappointed with Beelink !

The red and blue lights are flashing, you can try the button again, or unplug the COMS battery and leave it for more than 30 seconds.
