922 "closed page"! but on paper as it seems better then 912&new type 905

By the way RK3399 still best! even at least better then AML9..... (at present except 922)

RK3399 best Boxes but worst firmware! so keep away

Note;I used all those boxes(incl.RK3399 and more than 12 different brands AML all 9xx series)

We need honest tech reviews!

Note;my last used Box "A95X MAX"(S905X2) fast and better picture quality then 912 or older 9xxx
it was capable WiFi OTA and Rooted!!

I guess the last S922X it should be better performance then all previous AML 9xxx

In the past I'v been used many of 912 Boxes and my last Box A95X MAX with S905X2

-more fast(its really good)
-Picture quality(almost same as 912 but less then RK3399)

Keep in mind PSU less power!! and if you add internal bay SSD/HDD and add one or more
HDD(from USB port) or adding couple of USB disks then power failure

Because of they used 5V/2A PSU and its certainly low to supply enough power
so I'v bought "3A" PSU and the problem is gone!

Mostly times 2/2.5A PSU not enough to supply power so I always keep in my hand
5V/3A and 4A PSUs

So if you do not get any power issue use 5V min.3A PSU !!

Now we have TV boxes
with Allwinner Processors:

Allwinner H6 Quad Core, Allwinner H3 Quad Core

and with Amlogic Processors:

Amlogic S905X2 Quad Core, Amlogic S905Y2 Quad Core, Amlogic S905 Quad Core, Amlogic S912 Octa Core



Unpredictable leader and winner will be Amlogic S922X with 4 Core Cortex-A73 and 2 Core Cortex-A53!

I'v been used all of them since 4/5 yrs:D

>Allwinner  series;"mediocre" and not the best picture quality

905X or Y even 905 almost same! my last Box was 905X2

For the "best picture" quality still the best one RK3399 (with lot of BUGs and I do not recommend this Box
"Firmwares" worst in the world:@

Now we will see the last TOY S922X well according to my past experience;for this Box,my expectations
are not great!!

Note look at the supplied PSU>>> "1,5Amper":funk:
at least need 2A. such as if you wanna to connect 2 ext.HDD and incl. FAN and 1 or 2 USB disks!

Now I'll re-order another external PSU 12V/2.5 or 3Amper!!
1.5A too low its not to supply enough power to the Box!

Hi bergamesk, thanks for your post. I recently detect a issue in my Beelink GT1 Ultimate, that is crashing for a few seconds, seems like to turn off, then turn on, but without restarting...?!
I don't know if is any firmware problem, if is a energy supply problem, or even maybe because is getting too hot.
Do you have any idea about what can be?

I hope beelink will send to us one GT-King to do promotion of this "beast".
I think GT-King will be a King of the TV Boxes.

Antutu test is near to 120 000 point !

-my short answer is "NO" I do not know,sorry

-but last year,I'v been used this model(Ultimate) about 4 months which was one of the
my worst Box! especially with Firmware and very bad Internet connection/speed(both
Ethernet and WiFi) plus many BUGs to

After about 4 months I'v been sold this Box and I never lika this Box anymore
And I'm still having doubts for my last purchased GT1-King as well,if its not
satisfy me than I'll sale it immy "as usual"

My last 2 years was past with at least 5 or 6 Boxes and the latest one is A95X MAX
and its way better then GT1-Ultimate(I'v already sold this Box too)

-As I remember in the past when I using Ultimate;I remember this issue(On-Off or start issue etc.,)

Note;I do not know might be its "power" issue!!
I forgot the PSU power for this Box 5Volt ??? Amper

Those Boxes mostly comes with 1/1,5Amper!! and its not supply proper/enough power and Box turn to
"Re-start" action!!


Note;I always use more powered PSU such as 2,5/3Amper or 4Amper
My last Box(A95X MAX) with 2A and never supply good/stable/ Power!
So I use this Box with 3Amper!!

Note;If you connect 1 or 2 ext.HDD and USB-HUB and plus 2/3 USB disks that means your PSU never support
this huge Watt power!!

For 5Volt prefer at least 2,5A or 3A PSU
For 12Volt prefere at least 3A(or might be 2A)

By the way Gearbest still does not ship my GT1-King Box!!
