help to install WIN 10

I have problems installing Windows 10 64 bit as I think I have unintentionally altered the bios settings. Therefore I ask for help, advice and any images of the BIOS settings. thank you

If you think you have made the wrong BIOS settings, you can choose to initialize the BIOS settings, enter the BIOS, press F3 to restore the settings, and press F4 to save the settings.

TThank you . But the problem persists as I think that win 10 downloaded by Mega is corrupt. If you know any alternative site. Thank you
