BT3 PRO 0xc0000001 error, needs to be repaired

Hi everyone, I bought the BT3 pro.
When I first open it, it gives 0xc0000001 error.
It says the system needs to be repaired.
It does not come to the installation stage.
What can I do?
There is no USB or CD for installation in the box content.
How can I install?
If I install from the USB, the originality of the windows is broken?
Please help.

find the 1709 version of the system on mega and make a usb key with the istruction then use repair and start from the usb key, the name of the usb key must be WINPE, with 1803 and 1809 version i'm not able to install, the start from the key usb is impossible....:(
