AP34 Ultimate Not Getting Gigabit Speeds

Hello,

My device is not able to obtain full gigabit speeds. It currently obtains a maximum of 340mbs out of 1000mbs can you please advise on how i can fix this issue.

If i plug the same cable into my laptop i can get 980mbs.
