BT3 Pro no power on

I have a BT3 Pro that was given to me and it has stopped working. There is no LED or anything. As I said, this was given to me, so I have no way to contact any seller. I have disconnected the battery, pushed reset button and verified no burned parts on the motherboard. What are my options now?
