GT1 Ultimate Problems

Hello, my name is Carlos and I have a problem with my Gt1 Ultimate box that I bought for about a year in Gearbest.
But little use has had and now it started to stop and freeze and I would not want to have to send it to the gearbest to repair because it takes an eternity to solve and it costs costs to me to have to be I send it back for an evaluation or repair and I would like to know if they gave me the correct firmware so that I could flash and be able to solve this problem without need to send the box.
Moreover because it was a box that with the customs fees went from 120 € and I would like to have some benefit of it for some time.

I have the same box as you with the same A706D. Android 7.1.2.  My box was crashing with a message "lighthome has stopped"
When I could, I went into Settings/Droid Settings/More settings and switched off Location and rebooted the box from the pull up Android menu at the bottom of the screen. I use a wireless mouse for this. This stopped Lighthome crashing.
In the same menu as 'Location' setting go to the bottom of that menu and click on 'About media box'. At the bottom of that list is the build number. Mine states 709D0. If your number is the same as mine then you're running the latest update. If not, find Wireless update at the top of that same list and click on it. There may be an update in there for you. Sometimes a message will say network error. If so, just try again.

I replied to your post yesterday but I've no idea where it went.

I have the same GT1 Ultimate box as you with a similar serial, A706D. Android 7.1.2.
I had Lighthome crashing and cured the crashes by turning off the 'Location'setting. Prior to that I updated my box by going into Settings/Droid Settings/More settings/About media box then checking build. In my case it is now build 709D0. To update I scrolled to the top of that (About Media box) menu and opened 'Wireless Update'then clicked on 'Check for Updates' It gave me update 709D0_20180702-100659. I had to try a few times as a message came up stating 'network connection failed'. Eventually it got through and updated.
