purchased two Beelink GT1 MINI TV Box with Voice Remote - Black 4GB DDR4+64GB ROM EU PLUG ....every thing works except I
cannot get the voice remote to turn on... when I click on the mic button and say play video or ask for weather...

After pressing the voice button on the remote control, it takes a little time for the voice assistant to start. After the voice assistant is fully activated, the voice can be input. This problem is being optimized by our engineers.
The voice assistant starts and is activated when I pressed the voice buttom but it does not receive the instruction unless I keep the voice buttom pressed during when I speak. Then it works well. Thanks
