Am running Windows 10 PRO 1803 build 17134.590 on a new Gemini N (one week old).  Windows Update came through on Friday (KB4480966) - WIFI failed cannot get adaptor to reconnect.  Am not running VPN or any complex setups. Have tried disconnecting network adaptors (netcfg -d) and rebooting (no effect). Can connect using Ethernet, but unable to find or connect wifi (no option to add wifi network, not shown on adaptors list).

Device manager shows Intel Dual Band Wireless  - AC3165 is disconnected and running driver 19.51.15.3 as hidden device (not connected).  Have tried updating from Intel site, but because its not connected can't update driver.  Pretty sure this is a Windows issue (or an Intel Driver issue) but am unable to find any help.  Anyone else encountered this?

After reading Alexey Soyev's post below (N50 - No Wifi);
Tried accessing Bios, but no entry relating to wifi adaptor found. Changed a setting (auto power on) - then saved. No effect, AC3165 still hidden in device manager.

One week on- no response from Beelink.  No clue as to what the problem is.
Tried pushing the reset button on the back, did nothing.
Reset the system (re-loaded windows) still no wifi.  Obviously rebooted after each change to allow it to take effect.
Scoured the internet for answers (none found).
Enough time spent, time to send this unit back and get one that works.  The N41 showed great promise and good specs for the price, but if it had been advertised as not having wifi connectivity no one would buy it.  Time to rethink the mini pc approach as Beelink clearly aren't up to it.

Mordekaiser - thank you for your response; both links required a decryption key and did not open.
However; I got the following links this morning from beelink service:-
Driver
https://mega.nz/#F!PjY0TSLb!_hYdYkcCwPKleodokQx-LA
Tutorial
https://mega.nz/#F!DvIgHAaB!5Kum85-7-lJ9VqYfW0rxSQ
I assume this is the driver for the Intel AC3165.  The tutorial is a pdf that gives generic driver update instructions. however it would not have worked on my machine as there was no 'other' category in Device Manager.
As luck would have it; my wifi adaptor came back to life yesterday.  Damned if I know how it did it or why - had packed the unit away ready to return, got it out to install the driver and viola - wifi back and working.  Device driver shows the wifi adaptor again, but this time it has a #2 at the end of the description (second instance?).  Only thing I did differently was unplug it to pack it away before restarting.

The adapter title in Device Manager is:
"Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 3165 #2"
The driver date is 31/12/2018
Driver Version: 19.51.18.1
You should be able to get that from the Intel website.

My wifi came back to life yesterday (after packing it away to send back).
Appears adapter re-installed itself - have no idea how or why, but it had been unplugged.
Received a reply from beelink service, so got it out to try, and the wifi started working - so far so good - now to check for updates.........
