Hi,
I have a problem with the keyboard Rii i8 +.
From blutooth keyboard settings it is connected, but does not work ...
I also tried to install the app External Keyboard Helper recommended Rii on site, but nothing.
Adrioid recognizes the keyboard as connected, but not by any input, even the touchpad.
Some advice
Thanks so much

Hi all, I had the same issue with my Beelink BT3 PRO and Rii Mini 8+. To solve the problem, I disabled the abilty of Windows to set the bluetooth in stand-by, so I don't need to use the USB Bluetooth dongle to connect the keyboard.
To Disable Bluetooth Power Management:
Open device manager by typing “Device Manager” in the Start Menu search box or by pressing WIN+R and typing “devmgmt.msc” in the run dialog box.
You need to look down through the sections of the Device Manager for any mention of a Bluetooth radio and check the properties of each instance.
Look under “Bluetooth Radios”. What you're looking for is “Power Management” tab. Make sure to uncheck "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power".
I hope this help :)
