Beelink mini GT1 Remote not working

Just received my new GT1 and the remote is NOT working. I put in new batteries, plugged in the dongle and all it will do is power it on or off. The other buttons blink the green LED but nothing happens on the box.. Any suggestions, other than returning it to the place I got it from? Looks to me like the dongle is NOT receiving the signal. I have pulled it out and reseated it many times, but nothing happens.

Please try to replace the battery, or replace the USB signal receiver of the remote control with a USB port. If it does not work, please contact the seller to replace the remote control.
