WIFI Problem with smathphone hotspot

Hi, I use GS1 from 6 month. I don't understand why if I use generic router wifi the tvbox connection work regulary, but if I use smathphone hotspot the wifi connection not work perfectly (go down every minute). I tested every wifi channels on my smarthphone but the problem persist. I tested it with other smathphone, same problem. It's possible to fix it or not? tks

Is the other device connected to the same hotspot normal? It may be due to unstable hotspots, or other interference, or it may be due to restrictions on hotspots, and R&D department tests can be used normally.

No, i connect only the box. I tried with password and without password. i have the same problem.
