Hi,
I bought your device Beelink GT1 ultimate and after 20 minutes it started showing random flying pixels.
I changed HDMI cable or use other port but problem is not solved.

hello
There are several reasons for this problem:
1. There is a problem with the display. There is no problem trying to connect to other machines.
2. There is a problem with the HDMI cable. Try to replace the cable.
3. The TV BOX box is not connected to the monitor. Please plug in the cable or plug it in again.

Hi Jarviin.

Did it look okay before the Beelink OTA ( Over-The-Air ) update?

I don't have GT1 Ultimate with S/N containing first four digits.. LPN1. I have an older GT1 Ultimate box that I will hook up shortly and see if there's a shared experience with the later firmware upgrade.

However If I had to guess right off.. this looks like GPU related hardware issue. Which if Beelink agrees it is..., you be entitled to a replacement.

Edit: GT1 Ultimate G912 still showing GT1_708N0 being latest.

Hi,
@beelink:
1. screen works good, I watch my LG TV every day.

Based on you having tried different HDMI cable, which means you would have unplug the HDMI cable back of the TV and the Beelink box. You tried a different HDMI port on the TV you also said... and you tried a different display device besides?

Regardless, if it was working for a even several minutes then this just shown up without installing or messing around the box and TV cables.. Then it's apparent it's hardware related problem and not a software one.

And you had this problem with the previous factory loaded firmware, and OTA firmware upgrade and still issue remains. Furthers my opinion on this.

You can try USB flashing this device with the latest firmware available for download. However I know this likely not give you different results here.

Yesterday I tested TV box on my professional monitor EIZO and there is the same problem.

I think this is a really hardware problem... Now I am trying to apply my warranty on gearbest.

Beelink what is your opinion? Can you help me with resolve it? Or help with applying waranty?
Becouse you are a producer of this not working device.

@ Jarvin , you can try connecting the HDMI cable to other HDMI port if you have 2 , Mine after switching from HDMI 1 to  HDMI 2 the flying pixel dissapeared.
