Beelink SEA1 problem with HDMI signal please help

Dear Team  

I have problem with android box BeelinkSEA

the signal HDMI always lost after openonly a second

lastest show HDMI valid key found and loose the signal ( I play via AVR ) please help

Addition , I also found popup  Unfortunately , Beelive has stopped

SN no. R295GSLF70024

what I mean is  HDMI output

when i open device it show  **HDMI valid key found  or something like this messege and then loose the signal ( I play via AVR )

How I fix it ? or Is it better if I update firmware  ? please help give me step by step for that
