Problem with subtitles on no latin characters

Hello,
I have a beelink gt1 ultimate box when using this app to watch movies and series with arabic subtitles,
the subtitles caracters are not displayed well and i can see only small squares and question marks.
The app can be downloaded here : https://tvzion.fr.aptoide.com/
N.B: When using english subtitles the caracters are ok.

Have you tried other tv boxes or mobile phones to use this software? Is playback normal?

Yes i tested the same app on my phone Samsung a5 2016 and the subtiles were displayed correctly
