HDMI CEC and ethernet from standby problem

On LG smart tv (2017 year model) when auto power sync in hdmi cec settings is enabled on and when tv is shutted down GT1 mini first powers down but then randomly turns on and off,same goes if tv is powered on GT1 mini reboots randomly even when tv is not tuned to its hdmi chanell.Also when GT1 mini comes on from standby wifi works ok but ethernet connection is unavailable.What is a solution?

This is happening on 114N0 firmware.

Disgrace due to 114no version ... And still not corrected ..I could not use LG well and hooked up to samsung tv ... A complete disgrace version ....And this problem is written to me if I write ota as if something else can be done .... Still new version was not published.
