Printer connection problem

I have just bought a BT3 Pro and am setting it up.  Iam unable to connect my HP LaserJet Pro MFP M426dw either through a WiFi or aUSB connection.  I know the printer works properly since it I use itwithout problems via my laptop.  I have downloaded all Windows 10 updates,and have installed all the Hewlett Packard software and drivers.  The onlydocument that prints is the test page that is generated via the HP installationsoftware itself (which I suspect uses a direct path to the printer that doesn’tinvolve Windows).  Otherwise, when trying to generate a test page via theWindows 10 printer setup page, or a Word document via Windows Office, I can seea document appear momentarily in the print queue display before disappearingagain, and nothing goes to the printer.

I suspect it’s a driver issue, but I have uninstalled andreinstalled all HP software and drivers, without success  Is there aspecific Beelink driver that I need to install for this printer?
