My M1 just started freezing up a few days ago. The entire system would lock up. Tried running virus checker and found nothing. Removed everything that I could and even stepped back a windows update but it kept locking up.
I did system restore and re-loaded windows from scratch but now it wont let me into the start menu, or adjust display, or connect to wireless. Any driver/bios or system downloads you have available would be great.

p.s. maybe time to create a "support" tab at the top for each of your products?
