Problem with headphones, please solve

GT1 Mini seems to have a problem with headphones.

The problem is as follows:
1- The headphones keep producing distortion.

2- When you click on the Home screen or in an App the distorion disappears for a moment and then returns.
3- The distortion is not noticeable while playing media.
4- I have tried with a Toshiba Bluetooth headphones and Philips wired headphones connected directly. The problem is with both.
This problem is annoying, please solve it.
