Problem with a Smart TV Sharp Aquos

I bought BT3 pro yesterday, and I use form monitor a Smart TV, a Sharp Aquos. The visible screen cut part of the application bar and part of the desktop. The driver that windows use for monitor is a generic one. Could someone help me?
