Hi,
I have tried to install Ubuntu, sadly there are things going wrong.
Boot Section: changed the Boot setting EUFI (No)
After installing Ubuntu and the reboot. the system always goes to Windows 10.
When I check the Bios boot sequence, there is no Ubuntu.
What ever I do. It does not make a difference. Ubuntu will not Boot.

I have tried Ubuntu running from the USB stick, No problem.
The Beelink S2 has no issues what so ever with Ubuntu. (that is nice)

When someone has some solution, thanks in advance.

Gerard1, how did you boot Ubuntu from USB stick? I am trying the same thing and cannot boot anything but Windows 10 from SSD. Firmware boot menu recognizes all 3 USB sticks I tried but when an option other than SSD (Windows) is selected absolutely nothing happens. I disabled Secure Boot and that changed nothing. There is another thread here that other people are similarly unable to boot from USB sticks. If you have success, please detail ALL steps taken in BIOS setup as several of us are getting nowhere.

Hi,

First take care that there is some space on your Drive for the linux distro.
Second you do not change anything in the BIOS or secure Boot windows.
After installation you can change the Boot sequence.
I have used Ubuntu 18.04  and working fine on two Beelink SII

I want to boot Linux from USB, not from built-in drive. I should not need any space on my drive for the Linux distro to boot from USB (like Live CD also does not need data on the computer unless you chose to install to disk). But my problem is no USB I have will boot anything. It only boots from the built-in drive. Selecting the USB drive's name in the boot menu does nothing and I can still move around the menu and select the built-in drive, which immediately begins the boot.

Same problem here. Not able to boot from Ubuntu USB drive.
