RAM Beelink GT1 Ultimate 3/32gb

Hi,
I have 2 beelink GT1 Ultimate 3/32gb.
One with serial AX12G... & one with A706D...
When running the app FILL RAM MEMORY (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=me.empirical.android.application.fillmemory)
the box AX12G... PASS the test succesfully (this means , that it has really 3gb of ram!!)
the box A706D.... DON'T PASS the test!!!( this means , that it has NOT really 3gb of ram!!).

After that i read in this forum something like about FAKE RAM and i must say that i am really upset :@!!!

What have to say about this BEELINK COMPANY???


It's faulty the apk?
It's faulty the RAM?
It's faulty the motherboard?
It's faulty something else....???

@josfa..Sorry my friend BUT..
There is no solution than turn back the device and ask for a refund for FAKE PRODUCT....etc etc.
They answered me by mail that is a bug of 709DO rom and have to downgrade to 708DO!!!
But it was nothing more than a lie!!!!Don't trust them anymore beelink!!!
If you search the term FAKE RAM beelink gt 1 ultimate etc....you 'll find tons of questions here,on freaktab,on 4pda.ru..

NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN BEELINK!!!!

Thanks for the fast response.
I just have the FW version 709DO (it cames via OTA some months ago..) and
my kernel is 3.14.29 gwx@AZW#1 Mon. Jul 2 10:13:40 CST 2018.
So?i HAVE TO reflash the rom with the link that gave me??

P.S. I have attached 2 PHOTOS so you can see that i have the rom that you suggest me to flash...but i have it via OTA
some months ago as i wrote.

Hi, i hope that you will give SOON an answer for this BUG/FAULT of why cannot be read 3gb of ram.
I'm very disappointed and very close to turn back the box to my seller and ask for a REFUND!!!

I bought ALIEXPRESS https://www.aliexpress.com/item/2017-Newest-3G-32G-Beelink-GT1-Ultimate-TV-Box-Android-6-0-Smart-Set-Top-Box/32817815231.html and I have the same problem, the vendor does not respond, probably knows why I will never buy anything from Beelink never !!!!!!!!!! I feel robbed and cheated by Beelink, I'm ashamed of you, never more of Beelink  S/N:B706DBIG20155

Samantha Wendy - I feel cheated and robbedthe the reality is 2GB / 32GB, that's a scam for the buyer?? Can you explain why ???

Sorry for this question.
This is due to a problem with the firmware, which causes the problem to occur. It is recommended to manually flash the firmware and refresh to the appropriate firmware version.
