windows 10 home reinstallation on the M2 SSD

can I reinstall windows 10 home ,in order to choose to be installed in the M2 SSD instead emmc ?
because I think the pc will respond faster.
the windows copy will be automatically activated ?
also where I will find the drivers  for windows home 64 bit ?
