box freezes on main screen 30 second

i bought new gt 1 ultimate 3gb/32 model
serial is LPN1GBMS60263
when i open the box main screen is coming but i didnt click anything for 30 seconds may be,
remote doesnt working mouse doesnt working,freezing everything ,
is there any solution for this,
android 7.1.2 already have,version is lpn 1,709n1 is showing.

android 7.1.2 ,version 7.1.2, compilation 709n1 is showing.

Just flashed this fw, using the prescribed SD-card method, 100% complete, but same build nr etc.

Same problems, still "no signal" and/or blinking black/blue screen.!
