After trying to reinstall the system files from your download I still need aditional files. YOU did not provide the system files necessary to complete the installation.

From your instructions as per the Adobe Acrobat instructions in Step 3.   So look at your Adobe Acrobat instructions and look for STEP 3. Those files. Since I do not have a copy I need a copy.

system files are in 7z archive, download 7-zip archiver and extract them to usb drive.

I have tried several times to follow the procedure you provided. Every attempt has not worked. My unit can not find the internal SSD hard drive. I can not even find the hard drive doind a clean install using windows media creation tool because is says there is no allocated space on internal SSD hard drive. I will email my pictures to your complaint department. I want MY Money Back.
