is it possible to install ubuntu 18.04 on a Beelink Gemini N50 mini pc? Can you provide a guide?
I can't even boot from an usb bootable drive.

I'm sorry but even following your guide the Gemini N50 can't see the USB drive at boot (it's regurarly seen in Windows). "Windows boot manager" is the only option I see after pressing F7. Is there something in the BIOS I have to change in order to see the USB drive at boot time?
