There are two types of DDR4 2400M/Hz memory, one is the default frequency of 2133M/Hz, the XMP frequency is 2400M/Hz, and the other is the default frequency of 2400M/Hz, and the XMP frequency is 2400M/Hz. The previous memory timing will be lower. The performance will be slightly better. The 2400M/Hz frequency on the advertisement refers to the nominal frequency of our machine memory. The nominal frequency can be the default frequency or the XMP frequency. We use The first memory, so the advertisement There is no problem at all.
HWinfo64 says my memory is running at 2133MHz but it can run up to 2400MHz, If this is correct i do not know.
I have not checked the bios to see if i can change the memory speed, It you could set it at 2400MHz and the system would not post, will pulling the bios battery clear the settings.
