Hello good day, a few days ago I got my "Beelink SII" all very well, but after activating the "Wake On Lan" function I had some problems, activated the option in the BIOS and made the adjustments in the system, although I did all the steps correctly I can not turn on the computer by "wake on lan" but I got the problem of the power button, if I turn off the computer, it no longer turns on, what I have to do is disconnect the cable from the electrical power and reconnect it, only then I can make it turn on, or also leave the button pressed for 10 seconds, release and press again, this way it also turns on again.

I already tried disabling "Wake on lan" but the problem continues, I also reinstalled the whole system but this did not correct anything, I hope you can help me, thank you very much!

What bad support from the brand. Days without any serious and concrete answer.

hello
WOL is not supported after the machine is shut down abnormally, and it will not be able to boot. You need to re-plug the power, then you can boot normally, and you can use Wake-on-LAN after normal shutdown.

I do not turn off my computer abnormally, I turn off from the system and the problem continues, it seems a software problem rather than hardware. I have to press the button for 10 seconds, release and press again to turn it on, it is always like that, or disconnect the power cable and reconnect it so that it turns on.

After we tested, WOL LAN can be used normally. It may be that you have an error when setting WOL. You can try to turn off Wake On Lan in the BIOS and restart to see if it is normal.

I had already posed my problem to the mail, but they answered this:

"hello, friend

Sorry, delayed reply to the email and we tested your issue.

WOL is not supported after the machine is shut down abnormally, and it will not be able to boot. You need to re-plug the power, then you can boot normally, and you can use Wake-on-LAN after normal shutdown. "

So I published here to see if anyone else could help me, I get the impression that they try to blame me for the problem, there are similar problems here in the forum, but I see no serious and official response from you. I really hope you can help me, I am willing to collaborate to solve it, I needed the machine to work remotely, but now I need to go and unplug the cable and reconnect.

It's something unpleasant.
