GS1 build loading problems

Hi
I have just bought a GS1 box and i have found it wont allow me to load builds from all wizards
it loads all parts apart from build details and says text for builds not formatted correctly?
or if build menu is there it comes up with not a zip file format.
I try the same wizards etc on my old android and loads perfect on both cases?
any ideas

ok will have to do that later
but have spent hours trying to fix the problem
thought i was upgrading from my cheap android box but have nothing but problems
have loaded kodi etc on to many other boxes with no problems
