My GT1 Issues

I have this 3 issues since day 1 received the GT1

1) When i plug 1TB hard drive to GT1 while it is on, screen will goes blank. Nothing can be done since the box not responding. LED light still there. Need to turn off and on power plug to reboot. My hard drive no issue with other devices.

2) Random green screen flickering. Change to my other few HDMI cable not solve the issue.

3) The video output looks a bit darker compare to other android box. Can notice when watching movie with a lot dark scene.

Beelink...please let me know if this is firmware issue or I received a defect unit. Especially the problem number 1 really annoyed me.

Anyone have solution to my issue please help to guide me. Thanks

I have the same issues as you so I do not believe that we have defected units. Those problems are also in Mini M8s II (I have got one, green flickering for example) with S905X so I think they are a firmware issues.

Thanks for the reply. Do you have any chance to try with 1TB hard drive? Any issue?

I have only 500GB hard drive but it works quite fine with the device. Sometimes hard drive do not respond after connecting and have to reconnect it but finally it works (no blank screen).

I would like to help to improve Beelink GT1 because of after all those bugs this device is the fastest that I ever had. (I had 4 similar devices during 3 last years).

Agree. Other than 3 issues i mention earlier, this box is very good

Hello, about the first problem, it can work after reboot or plug in hard drive before boot, we can provide exchange a new one, you need to pay your ship, please let me know your opinion by email: beelinkservice@bee-link.com. the two other problems we have connected our developer to test, thanks for your feedback.

Ya that is exactly what happen. Already send email to beelinkservice@bee-link.com on 2 Sept but no reply until today :(
