A1 709NO Time discrepency

I have been using these in past for Menu Board software I just purchased this unit and went through the setup and downloaded latest updates, however, I can go into time setting and set time manual or automatic but the from display shows me the incorrect time. I can't find anywhere to fix this I am in Eastern (Daylight saving time) It changes in software but on display shows EST. I think this is interfering with my software since it is scheduled with time stamp. Any Ideas?

I have the same problem with time discrepency

The user resets the time or time zone again in Settings -> Data and Time so that the time on the main screen and the LED time are synchronized and the displayed time will be the same.

I have since tried a few things, I set time to Eastern Daylight Time the display shows correct time (on screen) as does the player itself. Once I reboot the system the display on the player shows incorrect time (one hour behind) No matter how I set it 12 / 24 hr and correct time zone get setting from internet it always reverts to a mismatch between the player and the output on the screen.

I even tried to put the player back to factory settings erasing data, still no good.
