I too have the dark picture issue. Other boxes (MXQpro & Beelink BT3 windows box) have no dark picture issues at all. Beelink can you fix this in a firmware update?

I have the same problem.
Playing the 4k video works for me too, but after that I cant play videos on netflix... it stops with the error 0013. Before playing the 4k video Netflix works just fine, but with dark image.

Is it the 912 chip?  I returned another brand with S912 with the same issue.

This is a problem everyone is having if you read down the main page there is loads on the issue

This is a problem everyone is having along with others like kodi and spmc crashing etc, there is a custom firmware on freaktab that fixes some of the problems one of them been the dark screen issue

The Screen Adjuster Free app with Contrast set to -50 does the trick... you can toggle it off and on as needed.... should be an easy firmware fix if this app can do it
