4K Video playback

Trying to play back 4K 60fps mp4 files but they won't play smoothly in both VLC and Kodi, and audio out of sync.  I thought GT1 Ult. is supposed to be able to do it.  Anyone?

This whole forum is dead.  Overall experience with product is about what you'd expect: cheap with no support and it works ok for some stuff but a low-quality experience overall.  Not sure why I'm even typing this, nobody's gonna read it...lol.

I still have no solution for this.  My unit hasn't got an update recently either, if that makes any difference.  Anyone figured this out yet?

GT1 can support 4K video playback, you can try to update the latest firmware, install the optimized application in APP Market, if you are willing to send us S / N code, we will provide the latest firmware.
