Factory image available now, please work on rooting. Once rooted then I want to do complete un-root (removing /system/xbin/su and busybox) then only my paid TV apps works on this Beelink GT1

Hope there's a way to root soon.  I would like to run SambaDroid, which requires rooting
.

I am also interested in root.
Maybe Beelink can include that option in next OTA or provide the procedure for anyone that wants to root.

Agreed.  Root is needed for this powerful box and I hope Beelink includes it in an OTA so we don't have to worry about rooting after every update.

agree! so powerfull and capable box needs root for basic things like sambadroid etc.

I believe Bee will include this possibility for us.

I need a complete un-root, too, by removing /system/xbin/su and busybox
(whatever it takes...)
Hope that after the next update, we can be Rooted by default, but also un-Root 100% if need it...

P.S.: As I can see on this forum, (although I'm a new member here), it seems that beelink support their products
with new Firmware and instructions. I hope to continue so...
