Hi there,
I encountered the same issue last year, and also sent a mail to Beelink support (on 2 April 2019).
After sending a video requested by the support to show up the problem, the answer in return was:

I just tested with the same machine, and it started up normally three times.
Please try to find Reset on the right side of the LAN port.
In the case of power on, long press Reset for more than five seconds to Reset the machine.
"
I tried the procedure multiple times, but nothing changed.
Finally, more than a year later, I found that the issue was coming from the battery (when unplugging the power cord, BIOS time was RESET, which generaly indicate a battery problem).
I replaced it, and now I can back use the power button, and the wake on LAN as well which was not longer working either.
