shutdown problem

Hi, i have a problem with the shutdown, I press the power button on the remote control appear to me the three choices I select "shutdown" I press the OK button and nothing happens, does not turn off or reboot.

It's a bug. It doesn't work when there's no root access. Did you disable root access?

I think yes, i use "hide root" app but i have unistall and factory reset and dont workshop.Where can I see if I have disabled root access? And how can I restore everything?

Try install SuperSU. It can show you if you have root access.
