Beelink GT1 Ultimate Update stuck at Reboot!

Hello a few days ago I downloaded the latest update and tried to install it. the thing is that after i pressed the update now button i get the following picture saying Reboot but the device never actually reboots to finish the installation.
I have no usb keyboard or usb storage connected to the device when tried to do the update.

Any ideas or solution?

All your firmware are completely useless to GT1. I tried from 311 to 313MO. All complete failure. Kindly return your customers money for buying your wonderful product!!! Do yourselves a favor and remove OTA service. IT DESTROYED MY GT1.

I have the same issue
it hangs up on REBOOT

I already did factory reset, but when If I install ota update; I receive the message :
"system damaged wireless update disabled".
Where can I Download the latest firmware for GT1 Ultimate to try SD Card update ?

the need to do a factory reset every time that a firmware update is released is unacceptable, having to install and reconfigure everything on my device again again...

dear, you can try to restore the factory setting and then update the firmware by OTA , you know , many issues would led to the failure . :lol
