problem with openelec

Hello,

I have mx iii , I download and update openelec MINI MXIII_107L1_0425_sdcard with 3 files

1) factory_update_param.aml
2) p200_2G-ota-20160425.zip
3) recovery.img

But it is not working...

Error:

1) E:faild to mount /dev/block/mmcblk0 on /sdcard by read-only device or resource busy)
