Hi guys! This firmware works perfectly for the box it's intended for. I have been using this firmware since it has been released, A LOT, and no freezes to this date! Your box is either defective, damaged, or you loading the incorrect firmwares.

That's correct. QCA9377 version. Both methods, FOTA and USB. I have two of these here boxes. :)

I am currently on GT1 704NO  Can I use FOTA to upgrade to GT1 708NO?  Thank you!

Yes. FOTA, 'Firmware Over-The-Air' updates, and can be done, I believe from even GT1 704N0. Well best way is to do the Update check.
