Beelink BT7 - Intel HD graphics - code 45

So, I upgrade the BIOS and update the drivers and still it's not working,
The TV in not it the playback list and the graphic adapter in devicemanger have error code 45
I'm starting to think that the graphic adapter is not connected....

What can I do next ? maybe it's a board problem ?

Do I need to send an email to bee-link to get help?

Can some one help ?

I just run onto some troubleshooting, so I found this:

Step 1:
Uninstall the Device from Device Manager
Open Device Manager
Expand the Display Adapter section.
Find the Display card Driver.
Right click Display card Driver and select Uninstall.
Select the check box delete the driver software for this device.
Reboot the computer after uninstall process has finished.
Step 2:
Uninstall the Device Drivers from Program List in Control Panel
Click on start, select Control Panel
Now click on Programs and select Programs and Features.
Find the Display card Driver.
Right click Display card Driver and select Uninstall.
Reboot the computer after the uninstall process has finished.
Step 3:
Download and install the latest drivers for the Display card from the manufacturer website
