Teamviewer QS support?

Hi,

I downloaded team viewer quick support but not able to remote control. I can see which apps are on the box, can take a snapshot and cancel processes but cant remote control. Am I missing something? is there a add on for teamviewer that I need to install? Does teamviewer not have remote control for this box?

I've sold the last set of boxes I had last week but from what I can remember there is a add-on you're prompted to install the first time you launch team-viewer.

thanks for the reply. Yeah i wasn't getting the add on install prompt, I installed another teamviewer product and got the prompt. Thanks

Yeah they are, Looks like their amazon store is sold out :( not sure where to buy more.

Can you please tell me how you found the add-on for remote control.
I get a message saying not found or not supported when it asks me to install the add-on.
What was the other product that you installed, that made it work??

You can try to clean the data and cache of the app and launch it again to see if you get the prompt to install the add-on. OR try installing any of the other TeamViewer apps and it should prompt you for the addon.

I'm not in front of my box right now so I can't tell you exactly what the specific add-on is called.
