Hello to all!

I have today received the very long awaited Beelink BT7.

After successful start, I downloaded some updates and Google Chrome. Then Beelink went to sleep mode, and I started it with
press on the red button. After comming in the windows, it rebooted, and after second loading, it rebooted again.

Now I am stuck with flashing of blue and red light which exchange themselves, immediately after connecting the power plug,
but system never boots. Also the reset button and power button does not do anything.

Thanks for all the help!

Tad

Hello again!

This was happened when the Beelink box was 2 hours out of the packaging. As described, after waking up from sleep
and coming into Windows, Beelink restarts itself, and after second loading of Windows, it starts itself once again.
But this time it stays at exchanging blue and red light up front, and nothing happens on the screen.
I have taken two videos. First shows the unit and what it is happening with it, the second is test of the power adapter.
The videos can be found here:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B_JDtoEmGiQ
and here
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pQwd2aYR1Do

I must say that I was very happy to get the unit, but now I am a little surprised about unit doing this :(

I have also uploaded original videos and pictures of box here:
https://mega.nz/#F!T9BE2ZzY!EvIo6KmdfY-2C-S6xELmCA

I believe there can be a solution as this is highly unlikely that would happen with the unit out of the box.

Thank you for all the help!

Tad

It is safer to make a system backup after your first power-up. But I guess it is too late for you.
Can you at least access your BIOS before it tries to boot with Windows ?

Hi!

No, I cannot even get to the BIOS menu, because there is no display. I have made a video, and now I wait that it is posted.

It is quite strange issue, as at the first boot there was no red light, and now I have red light comming up before blue light. And after a few seconds of blue light, the box, changes to red light, and so on, indefinitely, ...

It sounds bad and looks like a hardware issue if you don't get any video signal at all. Do you hear the fan?

There is a 480 MB revovery partition able to re-initialise the computer and make a factory reset. Beelink should give us the key combination to use at power up for this reset as it depends on each manufacturer.
You could also use a revovery USB boot key created from an other windows 10 computer.  But again, you may not be able to get there at all if it is a power issue.

I have posted before, the links with video that I have taken about my issue. I am now waiting that admins approve those post. I am having the same mind about this issue, that it even wont go so far, to boot from USB key. The fan does not start to rotate.

Did you try to contact the reseller?

I believe the reseller should have some solutions through RMA program?

I have contacted immediately Gearbest, as this happens to BT7 after only 2 hours out of the box!
