i tried to configure the wifi but the wifi is off
tried to turn it on - it sytays on off
any suggestion

I have bought it also and it arrived yesterday, but I have no problem with wifi :)

Mine turned up the other day. I had exactly the same problem. Seems WIFI will not turn on if there is an ethernet connection. As soon as I disconnected the network cable, WIFI worked.

There are definitely quite a few bugs in the firmware that need fixing
